Adam Shaik
Founder & Director
Adam is the founder of OT by ADAM and has over 20 years of experience as an occupational therapist in Australia, working with a diverse range of clients across various settings, including homes, hospitals, and residential aged-care facilities.
​
Adam graduated from the University of Sydney in 2002 and has extensive experience completing home safety assessments, functional capacity assessments, SIL and SDAs, prescription of assistive technology and home modifications, activities of daily living assessments and retraining.
He is passionate about working with clients with various conditions, including brain injury, neurological conditions, mental health, physical and intellectual disability, palliative care, orthopaedics, and dementia.

Adam believes in a holistic, time-efficient, and client-centred approach, where interventions are tailored to individual needs.
​
Adam loves watching his children play sport, volunteering at the local club, playing snooker, tennis and supporting his favourite NRL and AFL team.

Rose Thalari
Business Development Manager
Rose is very personable and knowledgeable customer service manager with an extensive experience and comprehensive background in business development, marketing, management and administration.
Rose was a primary school teacher, hence has a lot of experience dealing with children.She is passionate about her work and has a lot of empathy when dealing with clients and meeting their needs.

In her spare time, Rose loves to travel and see new places. She never misses a chance to enjoy a beautiful sunset with her children.
